Accounts Receivable Clerk

MEAT CLERK

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Meat Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking and maintaining fresh meat displays, rotating products using FIFO (First In, First Out), and providing excellent customer service.

MAIN

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock and organize fresh meat cases and coolers following company standards
• Monitor product rotation and ensure FIFO is consistently practiced
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat department and display areas
• Check product quality and freshness, removing any outdated or unsellable items
• Assist customers with locating products and answer questions courteously
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for long periods of time
