Job Description

Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the General Manager in coordinating tasks, managing day-to-day operations, and mentoring team members. This role involves cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The individual reports to the General Manager and adheres to company policies and procedures while actively developing other managers and promoting Domino's image standards.

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for the team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective service recovery; maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; promote a professional appearance and teamwork.
• Ensure store cleanliness, proper paperwork, and time management.
• Maintain marketing and store standards; monitor compliance with policies and procedures.

• General job duties for all store team members; ability to perform operational tasks and train others.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product correctly and efficiently; take orders by phone and in person; process inventory paperwork.
• Clean store and equipment daily; comprehend and follow written instructions; communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

  basic arithmetic, ability to give correct monetary change, verbal and written communication, and computer/terminal use.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs; reliable transportation required.
