As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information, perform garment refill & care, maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, and collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Sales & Profit
- Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.
- Engage and converse with customers to deliver excellent service.
- Inform customers about fashion trends, stories, and products throughout the store.
- Promote and sell products effectively, supporting the achievement of sales targets.
- Actively promote the H&M Customer Loyalty App and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
- Keep up to date with fashion scene, styles, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Share product and fashion knowledge with customers.
- Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all store areas.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues to support learning and development.
- Participate in onboarding, training, and development courses relevant to your role.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care.
- Operate the fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation, execution, and attractive displays aligned with visual & commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Pursue a passion for fashion and providing great customer experiences.
- Be communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Have experience working in a dynamic collaborative environment and apply that to this role.
- Possess customer service experience within fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.

Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Pay rate $14.50 per hour (range may vary based on qualifications).
