As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will work with a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within one of our retail stores.

• Generate retail sales using a passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
• Attend to retail customers, sell products, and resolve customer issues while providing an OMNI experience.
• Leverage digital tools to simplify the customer experience, drive touchless and self‑service options, and coordinate sales promotions.
• Identify process improvements in retail merchandising, inventory, and systems; troubleshoot and resolve sales‑related problems.
• Provide information on product features, benefits, financing, and promotions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule known four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts for higher income during peak periods.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

• Base pay $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 annual commission and additional earning potential up to $65,000–$75,500 depending on performance.
• Extra $3,000 annually for bilingual speakers in eligible locations after completing a language assessment.
