Starting hourly pay: $16.00 USD per hour.

We are looking for a Style Consultant who understands guest service fundamentals and supports a guest‑first culture across the store. You will drive sales and deliver an engaging in‑store experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and product placement.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest‑ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain back‑room organization, locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Re‑merchandise presentations as they sell through using best practices.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices inclusive of signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Fulfill and support guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance while working in a safe manner at all times.
• Support guest services such as backup cashier order pick up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU) while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and engaging with them to solve their specific needs.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate on multiple‑frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds and, occasionally, up to 44 pounds.
• Reliable and prompt attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions while performing certain duties, including Drive‑up carryout.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
