AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan and execute improvements.
• Assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You are organized with strong attention to detail, and you set priorities and manage time effectively.
• You have flexible availability – early morning, late evening and weekends.
• You have worked in a stock-related role previously.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
