Travel Fixture Installer

Overview

Pro Vantage is currently hiring Nationwide Travel Retail Fixture Installers/Merchandisers to join our team.

$17/hour

Full‑time 10‑hour shifts, Sunday - Saturday.

Pro Vantage Corporate Solutions is a Retail Service Organization that specializes in product merchandising, store fixture installation, and signage installation for Big Box retailers. Teams work inside new stores, remodels, nationwide rollouts, and regional resets.

Assist your team in performing general merchandising, which includes reading Plan‑O‑Gram (“POG/MOD”) instructions and following them to ensure product presentation matches client standards. Tasks include removing old fixtures, installing new fixtures, adjusting shelving, moving product, applying labels/price tags, and general cleaning of the work area. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must.

• Positive attitude and contagious energy throughout the shift.
• General math and problem‑solving skills.
• Read and interpret retailer‑specific Plan‑O‑Grams to perform required merchandising activities and fixture installations per instructions.
• Ability to work 10‑hour shifts, 7 days a week (may be required).
• Reliable transportation to all project locations.
• Use of basic tools such as screwdrivers, open‑end wrenches, pliers, tape measure, and level.
• OSHA‑certified safety toe shoes.
• Ability to bend, walk/stand for 8–10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Shift flexibility: 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift, depending on client.

• 6 months of experience as a Big Box retail associate in one or multiple departments.
• 6 months of experience working with store remodels or new store setup teams.
• 6 months of experience stocking shelves and/or processing freight in a Big Box retail location.
• Ability to travel extensively within the United States.

On‑Demand Pay allows you to access your pay between pay periods. When assigned more than 50 miles from home, receive per diem to offset the cost of hotels and meals, plus mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle.
