Overview

Key Sales Associate at Banter by Piercing Pagoda engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, and collaborates with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience while aiming to meet individual and team sales goals. May assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
