Store Assistant Manager
Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. They handle all aspects of running a store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.
Paid TrainingAll Assistant Managers are trained and certified through the Management Development Program. The program is suitable for those with limited experience and offers self‑paced learning for those with prior experience.
OpportunitiesAfter one year of successful store management, assistants may apply to become franchise owners.
CompensationCompetitive salary with performance‑based wage increases and incentives tied to store profitability.
Job Requirements & DutiesAssistant Managers are responsible for:
- Cost control, inventory control, and cash control
- Customer relations and service standards
- Staffing, scheduling, and paperwork
- Food management and menu execution
- Store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability
Additional duties include:
- Attending transportation to/from work
- Ensuring attendance and punctuality of crew
- Maintaining marketing programs and brand image
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and good driving record, and possess the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Prior management experience is a plus
- Strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills for order entry
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
Work involves:
- Standing and walking on various surfaces
- Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- Operating hot equipment and handling sharp edges
- Working in temperature ranges from 36° to over 90°
Employees may be exposed to dust, fumes, and uneven surfaces. Safety training is provided.
