Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you provide personalized styling and sales support on the store floor, educating customers on fit, construction, and product. You build relationships to increase client loyalty and contribute to store sales and operational standards. You will complete a multi-layered training program and work closely with the store leadership team.

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty through the Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and maintain store standards and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
