Responsibilities- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations with company objectives.
- Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs.
- Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and remove dated or damaged products.
- Build professional relationships with internal and external management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis and 50 lbs on occasion.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
Salary: $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days and include Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) plan.
