As a Studio Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with selecting pottery and supplies.
• Providing guidance and tips on painting techniques to help customers bring their artistic visions to life.
• Ensuring the studio stays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Handling transactions at the register with accuracy and a smile.
• Firing and glazing pottery pieces to ensure the best possible results.
• Answering customer questions and providing excellent service throughout their visit.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people of all ages.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and professional.
• Experienced in customer service or retail (at least 1 year of experience required).
• Excited about art and creativity—though no formal art training is needed!
