Full time. Shift may start between 8:00 am–11:00 am or between 1:00 pm–4:00 pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fulfill online orders accurately before pickup. They ensure proper product substitutions and consult with customers as needed.

• Shop in all departments to pick correct items for online customers.

• Process and dispense orders to customers, engaging in conversation.

• Maintain a fast‑paced workflow, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, while balancing in‑store customer assistance.

• Use performance‑based incentives and maintain accurate order fulfillment records.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
• Answer customer questions and help them find products.
• Assist fellow associates as needed.
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
