Hourly Wage

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Must be within the mandatory mandate  14 -  27 per hour.

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from  0.35 to  3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick‑Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs.
