Part Time Floor Leader - International Plaza

As a Floor Leader, you play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. This includes driving sales, opening and closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. Your focus will be on the shop floor, where you will lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals.
You will foster a culture of passion and positivity, creating a productive and fun work environment while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
- Driving Sales: Use the Store Force dashboard to coach the sales team, adjust shop floor structure to meet and exceed sales goals, and grow the contribution of your segments.

Experience:
Lead by example in delivering world‑class customer service, including product demonstrations and consultations, to exceed daily sales goals. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values such as Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
- Product Passion: Continuously deepen product knowledge to make informed recommendations for every need.
- Team Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and sales.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to team perspectives on DEIB, and promote belonging through teamwork and recognition.
- Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash transactions, register operations, reconcile cash drawers, prepare deposits, and secure the store each day.
- Time and Attendance: Model punctuality and monitor employee breaks to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Stock and Inventory: Train the team on inventory best practices, support management with inventory tasks, and adjust displays based on sales data.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure staff practices company standards for opening, closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer service in day‑to‑day operations.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
- Experience analyzing sales metrics.
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
- Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
International Plaza Pay: $16.50 - $16.50 USD
