We are hiring a full‑time Brand Representative to represent Dell in retail stores. The role focuses on building relationships, raising brand awareness, and supporting sales, training, and merchandising activities throughout the specified market.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores on behalf of Dell.
- Engage with store associates and prospective customers to cultivate excitement about Dell products.
- Leverage relationships to support selling, training, and merchandising of Dell products throughout the specified market.
- Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
- Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside stores, including shoppers and retail associates.
- Educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings and ensure they are knowledgeable about unique selling points.
- Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Dell‑branded displays and marketing materials.
- Travel within assigned territory to visit retail stores and generate brand excitement from managers and retail associates.
- Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front‑line store associates and managers.
- Set and maintain retail display resets and refreshes to keep displays functional and clean.
- Conduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers.
- Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations.
- Gather intelligence on marketplace trends, competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and weekly in‑store time goals.
- Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices for each visit.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Strong multi‑tasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured work environment.
- Travel within 70 miles of the Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets.
- Must have reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
- Weekly pay with next‑day pay on‑demand via Daily Pay.
- $18 per hour (based on market location and candidate experience).
- Paid virtual training.
- Annual incentive up to $4,000, paid out quarterly.
