Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure members have the freshest items available to take home. They may juggle several tasks quickly while helping members with bakery orders. The work is hard but rewarding in a large, goal‑oriented team that values member satisfaction.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to support other areas of the business.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, operate equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, store merchandise, maintain sanitation, and manage inventory.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to improve sales and member experience, adapt to new tools, and encourage teammates to do the same.
• Be an Owner: Maintain operational excellence, enforce quality and date‑control standards, secure fragile merchandise, eliminate waste, and provide members with purchasing assistance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service, and demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities, and communicating progress.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
