Russell's Western Wear is seeking a Vice President of Merchandising & Strategy to lead the merchant function and the growth strategy across nine stores and ecommerce. You will own what we buy, how it sells, and how a Russell's store succeeds, partnering with store operations to scale the business.
This role reports to the Owner and collaborates with a peer in Store Operations to set direction for expansion, ROI, and brand consistency as we grow the footprint and optimize profitability.
