Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. Whether you have limited or previous experience, the program provides a structured path to learning and fast‑tracking your advancement.

Opportunities! The Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise.

Great Pay! Our assistant managers receive an industry‑competitive salary. In addition, they are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and incentives tied to store profitability.

Qualifications. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and can progress to franchise ownership or corporate management roles. Our stores offer a pathway from driver to management, general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
