ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
As a Store Supervisor, you'll be a key player in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently every day. You'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach the sales team, and create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. Your role includes:
- Customer Experience - Lead by example and coach your team to provide outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.
- Sales & Operations - Help execute sales strategies, assist in scheduling, and ensure smooth store operations to maximize performance.
- Store Presentation - Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, oversee shipment processing, and ensure merchandising aligns with Edikted brand standards.
- Loss Prevention & Safety - Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect both employees and customers.
- Team Leadership - Support in training, developing, and motivating the team to hit goals and grow within the company.
- Daily Store Routines - Assist with store openings/closings, manage workflow, and ensure operational excellence.
