Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated increasing confidence and loyalty;
Performs daily and weekly store walks, audits and ensures reports are completed to confirm product in-stock conditions are at company standards;
Completes daily and weekly administrative tasks (communications, online training, etc.);
Assists in the planning, and organizing of the inventory process;
Ensures reclaim, transfers, discards, and date checks are handled to reduce shrink
