As a Passenger Ambassador, you will provide front‑line customer service to passengers at designated airport locations, ensuring they are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and facilitating efficient passenger movement.

• Ability and availability to work weekends and holidays, stand/move/lift consistently throughout the shift, and communicate effectively with passengers.
• Position starts at $16.00 per hour and is part‑time.
• Previous 1‑2 years of customer service experience preferred (paid training provided).
• Advancement opportunities:
  Driver, RAC Agent, Supervisor.

• Ensure passengers are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and assist in efficient passenger processing.
• Provide customer service in baggage claim and ground transportation assistance.
• Assist in the collection of baggage carts between flights, collect debris, and perform minor cleaning of assigned locations; observe and report housekeeping needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Airline experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete all required training, including airport compliance.
• Able to obtain an airport badge.

Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business‑like image, even when working behind the scenes. The policy requires dress, grooming, and personal hygiene to be appropriate and consistent with company standards.

• For all male employees a fully grown, well‑maintained mustache, beard or goatee is permitted.
• No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed; any tattoos must be covered by uniform or other means agreed upon by management.
• Clean and well‑maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift.
• Additional requirements as specified by management.

Physical demands: lift and move up to 75 pounds, frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, turning, stretching, and reaching. Visual requirements include close, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.

Salary Range: $16.00 per hour.
