Marketing Advisor

The Marketing Advisor provides essential assistance to the client by supporting client communications, addressing client issues, and identifying potential upselling opportunities. While this role involves regular interaction with clients, such as making check-in calls and answering questions, the Marketing Advisor does not serve as the primary relationship owner. Instead, they ensure seamless client experience and help drive sales efficiency by supporting the broader sales process.

• Perform daily administrative tasks to support the client, including requesting or submitting projects, submitting reallocations, and facilitating in setting proper client expectations.
• Conduct routine client check-ins and outreach to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
• Conduct monthly calls & quarterly check-ins with additional touchpoints scheduled as needed between calls.
• Working closely with Channel Marketing department with client engagement sequence
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate Account Development Manager or Sales Manager.
• Identify and document upselling or cross-sell opportunities during client interactions, passing leads to the designated Account Development Manager or Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, including documentation of monthly/quarterly check-ins.
• Assist with meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating internal follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver positive client experience.

• Acts as a point of contact for routine client communications and inquiries.
• Handles administrative and operational tasks to enable team efficiency.
• Identifies and communicates upsell/cross-sell opportunities without directly managing the client relationship.
• Ensures client satisfaction through proactive outreach and responsive service.
• Supports the sales team in meeting revenue and customer service goals.

• Work is performed in a typical interior office environment and involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, and standing may be minimally required to complete tasks.
• This position is full-time on-site in our corporate office in Tampa (I-75 & Fletcher)
