PositionSummary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the Tampa, Florida metro area and surrounding territories. This role requires a proactive, consultative salesperson who can build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and engaging prospective customers in target industries.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits, follow-ups, and service excellence.
- Present and sell our instrumentation and control products, engineered solutions, and calibration services to industrial and commercial customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal support, technical, and service teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as required to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical, industrial, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling with the ability to convey technical product value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Prior experience in instrumentation, controls, calibration, or related technical markets is a plus.
