This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who wants stability, volume, and upside, without spending nights and weekends prospecting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Conduct consultative retirement income conversations focused on annuities and protection strategies
- Work closely with EIP’s Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities
- Present client-aligned, compliant annuity and insurance solutions
- Own the relationship from initial conversation through application and funding
- Navigate underwriting, carrier requirements, and follow-up with confidence
- Maintain strong product, carrier, and compliance knowledge
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
Required
- Active Florida 2-15 license (Life, Health & Annuities)
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65)
- 3+ years of experience in annuities, life insurance, or retirement income sales
- Background in inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close consultatively, not transactional selling
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven, KPI-tracked environment
