You’ll be selling real solutions

• Prospecting and opening new shipper accounts that need reliable logistics partners
• Building and managing your own pipeline through cold calls, emails, and networking
• Developing sales strategies to hit and exceed gross margin goals
• Closing deals by presenting tailored solutions and negotiating terms
• Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
• Partnering closely with operations to ensure top-tier service
• Spotting market trends and new revenue opportunities

• Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (logistics preferred)
• Existing connections in ground transportation are a big plus
• Comfortable cold calling and hearing “no” on the way to “yes”
• Strong communicator who can build trust fast
