Seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Team Lead Player/Coach for immediate hire. Role Overview

The Inside Sales Leader (Player‑Coach) is responsible for driving revenue through direct selling while leading, coaching, and scaling a high‑performance inside sales team. This role balances individual quota attainment with team leadership to ensure predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities – Player
  • Carry and exceed an individual quota; manage high‑value opportunities; model best‑practice selling behaviors; maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coach and develop inside sales reps; conduct call reviews and 1:1s; enforce activity and conversion standards; drive accountability to KPIs.
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of inside sales experience
  • Previous leadership or player‑coach experience preferred
  • Strong CRM proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
