JM Luxury Pools is a contractor company specialized in high-end custom pool construction and full backyard design, serving the luxury residential market across the Tampa Bay/Orlando market.
We work with bespoke projects, affluent clients, and high-value contracts, where design excellence, engineering quality, and a premium customer experience are essential.
As we build out our sales team, we are seeking experienced Sales Closers who are driven by performance and motivated by above-average earning potential.
Responsibilities- Act as a Sales Closer, focused on closing high-ticket contracts
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with premium clients
- Present customized solutions for luxury pools and backyard design projects
- Negotiate and close high-value residential contracts
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and closing forecasts
- Operate with clear KPIs and performance targets
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and objection handling
- Professional, confident, and strategic communication style
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics
- High level of discipline, accountability, and professionalism
- Uncapped commission structure, tied directly to performance
- Average total monthly earnings projected at approximately $20,000 for consistent performers
- Compensation plan aligned with the high-end luxury market
- Strong financial ambition and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working with affluent, high-expectation clients
- High emotional intelligence and consultative sales approach
- Motivated by long-term professional and financial growth
