Overview
Commercial HVAC sales professional to drive new business and grow existing accounts in office, retail, hospitality, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and close new commercial HVAC projects and service contracts.
- Build relationships with owners, property managers, GCs, and engineers.
- Respond to RFPs, prepare bids, and present proposals.
- Manage pipeline and achieve annual sales targets.
- 5+ years documented commercial HVAC sales experience.
- Proven track record closing large projects.
- Existing Tampa market contacts strongly preferred.
- Technical HVAC knowledge and clean driving record.
