Job Description

We’re hiring an Entry-Level T-Mobile Sales Representative to join our in‑person sales and marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales, gain hands‑on experience, and earn based on performance incentives.

No wireless experience is required —
we provide full paid training
. While some sales or customer‑facing experience is preferred, we’re mainly looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Work face‑to‑face with customers to promote and sell T‑Mobile products and services
• Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend the right plans and devices
• Meet individual and team sales goals with support from leadership
• Represent the T‑Mobile brand in a professional and positive way
• Participate in daily training and coaching sessions
• Work closely with your team in a fast‑paced, supportive environment

• Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply
• Some sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Coachable, reliable, and motivated to grow
• Comfortable working with people in person

• Base pay plus commissions or
• Uncapped commission — earn more as you sell more
