Position SummaryThe Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in DAS Health’s growth strategy by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. This is a high-energy, high-volume role focused on outbound and inbound prospecting, initial discovery, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, metric-driven environment and is motivated by results, learning, and career growth within sales.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email sequences, inbound lead follow‑up, event outreach, and digital/social channels.
- Research and identify target healthcare and senior living organizations using Linked In, industry databases, and CRM tools.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Clearly articulate DAS Health’s value proposition to healthcare decision‑makers and influencers.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social selling techniques.
- Navigate gatekeepers and identify appropriate decision‑makers within target organizations.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach activity to meet or exceed defined activity and meeting targets.
- Operate effectively in a structured, metric‑driven, high‑volume sales environment.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on DAS Health’s Ideal Client Profile and qualification criteria.
- Engage prospects by answering high‑level questions and maintaining interest prior to sales handoff.
- Accurately document all prospect interactions, outreach efforts, and outcomes within CRM systems (Hub Spot, Connect Wise).
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene to support reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and demonstrations for Sales Executives, including calendar coordination and follow‑up to maximize show rates.
- Work toward individual performance goals related to activity, meetings scheduled, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Participate in onboarding, training, coaching, and performance review processes.
- Stay current on DAS Health solutions, healthcare and senior living industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 1–2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, call center sales, or similar high-volume outbound sales environment (required).
- Experience with high-volume dialing and outbound outreach (required).
- Experience executing email campaigns and responding to inbound marketing or website leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or healthcare IT sales (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hub Spot and/or Connect Wise preferred).
- Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite, team-oriented environment.
