About the RoleThis is a field-based territory development role responsible for identifying new customers, developing relationships, supporting product trials, and growing long-term accounts.
Your territory is a business asset. Your responsibility is to develop it over time.
Key Responsibilities- Visit industrial facilities including manufacturers and fabrication shops
- Identify and qualify new customer opportunities
- Introduce PGN products and support product trials
- Convert prospects into long-term customers
- Expand existing customer relationships
- Submit weekly and monthly territory development reports
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong professional communication skills
- Motivated to build and develop territory over time
- Willingness to travel within territory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Base salary plus commission
