What You’ll Do
Are you a driven sales leader, resourceful and motivated by a challenge? If so, Eaton’s North American Sales Division is looking for a Territory Development Manager to develop and support new business in the territory by leveraging Eaton's channel partners and engaging end users directly. You will collaborate with sales peers, product lines, and channel marketing to plan and execute promotional activities and presentations with key clients.
Job Responsibilities- Drive Eaton specifications for Distributed Infrastructure solutions by educating customers, building and maintaining existing relationships, and expanding into new end‑user segments.
- Serve as the expert for all vertical markets—Retail, Healthcare, Enterprise, SLED, Federal, and Commercial—gaining acceptance and promoting Eaton solutions.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to sell Eaton solutions with the objective of optimizing volume, product mix, and profit margin by providing consultative, solution‑oriented sales to end users.
- Gain experience developing and launching strategic and market plans and grow your network through cross‑functional collaboration across multiple industries.
- Build yourself as a trusted advisor and Eaton Ambassador, leveraging customer voice, product life‑cycle knowledge, and consultative skills to position your executive presence and unlock future opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of technology‑solution selling experience in Critical Power, IT, or Datacenter industries.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Must currently reside within 50 miles of Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tampa, Florida; relocation not offered.

- Experience in solution and consultative selling.
- Understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience building and managing CRM/pipeline.
- Understanding of commercial contracts.
- Judicious mindset.
- Ability to manage your own schedule.
- Ability to multitask.
The compensation range for this full‑time position includes base pay and sales incentive, totaling $120,000–$176,000. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and market considerations.
