Role Description

The Business Development Manager at Commercial Door Worx will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. Core duties include creating strategic sales plans, conducting market research, managing client communications, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role will focus on expanding the company’s client base, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in business development or sales roles
  • Strong market research and analysis capabilities to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Project coordination and team collaboration skills to manage client projects effectively
  • Ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and strategic plans
  • Familiarity with the commercial construction or door and hardware industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
