Part-Time, Sales Consultant,Base Paywith Monthly Bonus Opportunity!! This is a Non-Commissioned Sales Position!

• Ability to communicate and connect with customers inperson and on the phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to recommend steps of the sale
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Prior retail or sales experience a plus but not required
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to receive feedback and implement recommendations for improvement

• Exhibit high level commitment to providing best-in-class customer experience
• Complete classroom and on-going training
• Guide customers through our unique sales process
• Present vehicle and products professionally
• Use dealer specific software and systems to complete sales paperwork
• Use Q Bar equipment and serve customers
• Continuously improve behaviors and results
