Practice Suite is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr Sales Development Solutions (SDS) to support our sales organization by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers. The primary focus of this role is outbound outreach and scheduling product demonstrations for our Sales Executives. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in healthcare SaaS sales and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contact prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within medical practices and healthcare organizations.
- Educate prospects on Practice Suite’s solutions and value proposition at a high level.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations and meetings for Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo-setting targets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Follow established sales scripts, workflows, and qualification criteria while continuously improving outreach effectiveness.
- Stay informed on Practice Suite’s product offerings, healthcare industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
- Ability to engage prospects professionally and confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in sales.
