Sales, Business Development, Sales Development Rep​/SDR

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Competitive Sales position located in Tampa, FL. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include contacting prospective customers, presenting and promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The position also involves providing training to clients on products or services and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Proven skills in Sales, with abilities in handling sales processes, negotiation, and reaching or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge or experience in Sales Management and the ability to lead or mentor team members.
• Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients or team members to improve understanding of products or processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
