This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exhibit Account Manager located in Tampa, FL. The Exhibit Account Manager will maintain client relationships, manage exhibit design projects, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality exhibits that align with customer objectives. Key responsibilities include client communication, preparing proposals and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and identifying new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with sales, design, and production teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills to handle client needs and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of trade show exhibit products such as custom, modular, and portable displays is beneficial
- Ability to negotiate and prepare proposals and budgets
- Sales and business development experience, particularly in identifying opportunities and generating new leads, is a plus
- Proficiency in design software or exhibit tools is a bonus
- Must be willing to work on-site in Tampa, FL, and collaborate extensively with the in-house team
- Previous experience in the event or trade show industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred
