Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Opportunity position located in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, presenting customized insurance solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves maximizing the use of company-provided leads, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about the latest industry trends. Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with sales tools and technology, including CRM software, is beneficial
