• Meet physicians and address patient needs while building strong relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
• Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth.
• Promote products ethically and in compliance with company sales processes and marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.
• Demonstrate accountability, positive attitude, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence.
• Operate independently with initiative, entrepreneurship, and autonomy to achieve short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, market dynamics, and practice settings.
• Understand products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines, delivering information effectively in a sales environment.

• Sales ability and some sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
• Documented leadership ability.
• Effective administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
