Job Title: Account Representative
Pay: $19/hour
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position SummaryThe Account Representative is responsible for communicating with customers to provide product and service information, process orders, and help resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding products, orders, and services.
- Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system.
- Provide quotes, including pricing and delivery timelines.
- Support the sales team and work with Regional Sales Managers and manufacturer representatives.
- Review and compare customer part requests with available products.
- Track orders and follow up with customers on order status.
- Assist with basic reporting and support tasks for sales and engineering.
