We’re building a small, competitive sales team.

This is an in-office sales role with clear expectations and daily coaching.

Expect 70–100 outbound calls per day. People who enjoy a fast pace and measurable goals do well here.

• Call marketing leads and prospects
• Quote auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Follow a proven sales process
• Track activity and results

• 70–100 calls per day. This role is fast paced and activity driven.
• 30+ policies per month
• $60k–$80k+ annual earnings

• Leads provided (no buying your own leads)
• Base salary + commission
