AMERX Health Care company is an Oldsmar based, family run medical device, drug, and cosmetic company who manufactures, markets, and distributes wound and skin care products. Our quality products are sold through private practices, retail, hospital, pharmacy, DME, and online retailers.
Job SummaryOur Medical Inside Sales Supervisor sells our wound care products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and practices. This position will spend 50% of their time representing a designated territory and 50% of their time supervising other inside sales team members. This position will establish and maintain relationships with our clients and customers. This involves corresponding with customers via telephone, email, or other means to take orders, listen for unspoken medical product needs, provide information about new products and services, keep records and progress reports.
This position collaborates with our outside sales team and our order fulfillment departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work under the close direction of our VP of Sales
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of (2-4) inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires on products, systems, and sales processes
- Act as a player‑coach by maintaining an individual quota (if applicable)
- Support team members in complex sales situations and key accounts
- Partner with sales leadership to execute go‑to‑market strategies
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM (Acumatica)
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
- Address escalated customer issues and resolve complex concerns
- Work closely with internal departments to augment sales development
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of inside sales experience (preferably in medical, healthcare, or related industry)
- 1–3+ years of team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (Acumatica)
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, DME, or healthcare SaaS
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, terminology, and compliance considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

- Base salary $62,500 (bi‑monthly pay of $2,604.17)
- Sales incentive program designed to achieve an additional $5‑$10K quarterly (total annual package projected to be $80K‑$90K)
- Success metrics are team quota attainment, revenue growth, individual sales performance, team productivity and retention of clients, customer satisfaction.
- Work is performed in an office setting.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. (Demonstration Samples, Trade Show support items).
- May occasionally train with the sales manager in the field.
