Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our new home sales team in the Sarasota and Venice, FL area. We’re looking for team members that realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company, but the experience customers have in their home buying experience.

Responsibilities- Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
- Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
- Understanding the loan process
- Must have or be willing to earn Real Estate License upon hire
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures
- Great listening skills & creative problem solving with the ability to find the rootcause, as well as a solution
- A proven background in prospecting
- Commitment to act with Integrity
- Proven closing, as well as negotiating skills
- Follow through with commitments
- Proactive follow up with prospective customers
- An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to their work
- Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years experience in high-end sales
- Marketing strategies
- A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
