Outside Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Manager in the Tampa, Florida area to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Tampa team.

• Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
• Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative is a must; prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers’ needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays 9am – 2pm.

Base Salary starting at 50K plus commissions
