What You'll be DoingSupport and contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs, driving the organization’s growth.
Key Tasks- Assist in designing and implementing marketing programs.
- Gather and analyze market and customer data.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives.
- Participate in development of pricing strategies.
- Support sales staff in preparing sales proposals.
- Maintain and update sales databases and tracking systems.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients under supervision.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support execution of sales campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Communication:
Ability to convey information effectively. - Data Analysis:
Basic understanding of how to analyze sales data. - CRM Systems:
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools. - Customer Focus:
Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. - Problem‑Solving:
Basic skills in identifying and resolving issues. - Collaboration:
Ability to work well within a team. - Time Management:
Managing tasks and deadlines efficiently. - Sales Techniques:
Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (strongly preferred).

Compensation$47,600.00 – $81,250.00 USD (base salary) with eligibility for commission. The range is based on the primary location of the position and may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
