Field Sales Executive - Tampa, Florida

Sticker Cabana is seeking a driven and personable Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with businesses, promoting our high-quality, USA-made stickers, magnets, keychains, coasters and signs, while helping us spread smiles one product at a time.

• Prospect and engage B2B clients through door-to-door sales and outbound outreach via phone, Linked In, etc.

• Present and promote Sticker Cabana’s products to potential business customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Represent Sticker Cabana’s mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and processes
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

• Proven experience in door-to-door or outside B2B sales
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in retail sales
  , wholesale distribution
  , consumer packaged goods or logistics is a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Strong desire to earn uncapped commissions and advance into leadership roles
