In-Home Sales & Tech Support; Part Time

Pay Rate

$21.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and uncapped sales commission.

Part‑time role requiring afternoon and evening hours. Most positions follow a 5‑day schedule from 4:05 PM – 9:00 PM (end time may vary). In selected markets, a flexible 4+ day schedule may be offered, requiring 25 hours per week across at least 4 days, including at least one weekend day, with shifts between 12:05 PM and 9:00 PM.

In‑home sales and tech support representative. Entry‑level role ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Serve:
  • Meet customers in‑home or at designated locations as scheduled.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interaction, always prioritizing the customer.
• Solve:
  • Use your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, offering understandable solutions regardless of their tech knowledge.
  • Ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that meets future tech needs.
• Sell:
  • Leverage Asurion’s range of products to offer tailored solutions.
  • Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely.
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan).
• A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); maximum expected travel distance is 120 miles one‑way.
• Availability for a varied 5‑day schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A personal cellphone for work communications.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
