What You'll Do:
- Develop new insurance business through prospecting and outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Quote and bind commercial policies across multiple lines of coverage
- Collaborate with account management team to ensure excellent client service
- Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) license required
- 2+ years of commercial P&C insurance sales experience
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
- Proven track record with prospecting and closing new business
- Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Established agency with strong carrier appointments
- Dedicated support staff to help you succeed
