Sales Specialist - Florida Senior Living Sales Experience Required. Candidates must live in Florida. American House Senior Living Communities

American House is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Specialist to help drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned senior living communities within a geographic region. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners while guiding leads through the sales process from first inquiry to move-in.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is results-driven, organized, and passionate about helping seniors find the right living solution.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive occupancy and revenue performance for assigned communities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to support sales goals
  • Manage lead activity, conversions, and move-in metrics in YARDI CRM
  • Conduct daily outreach to prospects to schedule tours and virtual tours
  • Provide community tours to prospective residents, families, and referral partners
  • Build and maintain professional referral relationships to generate new leads
  • Create urgency and momentum throughout the sales process to support timely decision-making
  • Plan and support marketing initiatives, community events, and outreach efforts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, families, and internal team members
  • Partner closely with community and regional leadership to achieve shared goals
  • Complete weekly occupancy reports, marketing plans, competitive analysis, and other required sales reporting
  • Represent and promote the American House mission, culture, and standards in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales success, preferably in the senior housing industry
    , with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong ability to uncover prospect needs and connect them with the right services
  • Confident closing skills paired with empathy, professionalism, and compassion
  • Excellent time management across lead generation, advancement, conversion, and business development
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
    , including YARDI
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or other non-traditional hours as needed
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
